Welcome to Delta Grout Cleaning. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before requesting our services.

1. Services Offered

Delta Grout Cleaning offers the following grout, tile and stone cleaning, restoration and maintenance services:
• Grout, tile and sealant cleaning
• Grout recoloration
• Heating with epoxy
• Polishing and sealing stones such as marble, granite and travertine

Our services are offered in Houston, Texas, and we operate Monday through Sunday from 8 am to 7 pm, with no additional fees for emergency or after-hours services.

2. Payment Policy

Payment is due once the service has been completed. Delta Grout Cleaning does not offer refunds, as each job includes a one-year warranty. Be sure to review and approve the work performed before finalizing payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 10% of the total cost of the service. This charge is applied to cover the time and resources spent preparing the service.

4. Customer Responsibility

It is the client's responsibility to remove any personal items from the work area before we begin. Delta Grout Cleaning is not responsible for damage to personal items that should have been removed prior to service.

5. Service Guarantee

We offer a one year warranty for all our services. If any problem arises related to the service performed within this period, we promise to make the necessary repairs or adjustments at no additional cost.

6. Limitation of Liability

Delta Grout Cleaning will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. In case we cause any direct damage during service, our company's insurance will cover the corresponding costs. Delta Grout Cleaning's total liability to the customer will not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

7. Data Protection

We handle our customers' personal data, including name, telephone number and address, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This data is used solely to coordinate appointments and improve our services. In case of payment by credit card, we guarantee the security of your payment details. 8. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

Delta Grout Cleaning reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective once published on our website. It is recommended that you review these terms periodically to be aware of any updates.
